Financial Transparency for PEACE donors The PEACE Donor Community expects significant financial transparency, and the following are five good business practices that have been put in place by PEACE Directors and Management. 1. Annual Donor Report. Donors to the annual PLEDGE FOR PEACE Campaign receive a bcc summary of the campaign within 30 days of the completion of the campaign. 2. Annual Audited Results posted on the PEACE website within 90 days of yearend. The auditing firm - HLB Espinosa Vargas, Guadalajara, is part of the international HLB practice; website: https://www.hlb.global/ 3. PEACE has been certified by SERVICIOS PARA LA CONFIANZA A.C. that it complies with all new Mexican regulations in the handling of funds 4. Annual Operating Budget posted on the PEACE website, with breakdown for each program segment. 5. Annual General Assembly is held publicly, and all donors invited. Agenda includes full program review, and full financial disclosure. 6. Annual Fundraising Campaigns are run by directors, not management and staff. Donors have comfort and take confidence knowing that directors are major donors to PEACE. All donations are tracked and reconciled by the Treasury Director.
