PEACE Punta de Mita has launched PEACE Hearts, a fundraising initiative designed to enable supporters to make direct contributions to educational programs in three communities: Emiliano Zapata, Corral del Risco, and Higuera Blanca.
How the Program Works
Donations begin at $1,000 USD, with supporters able to contribute multiple hearts. All proceeds support PEACE programs directly, and contributions qualify for tax deductions in the USA, Mexico, and Canada.
Impact Levels
The initiative outlines specific outcomes for different contribution amounts:
- One heart covers a Prepanet student's fees through graduation
- Two hearts sponsor five Campeones students for an entire year
- Three hearts fund a comprehensive two-year Prepanet education for one student
- Four hearts provide one year of computer instruction for 26 adults across the three communities
- Five hearts deliver one year of meals for students in Campeones programs
- Fifteen hearts fully finance five Prepanet students through their complete two-year course
Recognition and Next Steps
