The Beehives Project is made up of community leaders who prepare and learn through workshops and courses offered by the association either to create a product or provide a service. Each community leader (there can be 10 or more), after acquiring their knowledge, shares it with at least 10 people, being in charge of leading the group and following up on it.
These associations are created to strengthen community ties and interest in the common good, which, by learning and sharing knowledge, creates entrepreneurs and generates extra income for the local economy, promoting the sale of their products or services through social networks or offering them in local stores and, in the future, in supermarkets, boutiques, and convenience stores.
PEACE's role in this project is to provide the community with knowledge through development tools and support that they request to give continuity to their projects in addition to constant monitoring, publicity, and organization in the structure of the hives and above all to steadily increase the scope and magnitude of their products and or services.
PEACE acts as a facilitator of this program, but this program stems from the community and is for the community as an alternative program to Descúbrete (Discover Yourself), since, for the moment, we cannot carry out these meetings due to the current circumstances.
