PEACE has helped to make the dreams of many students come true through its several educational programs. One significant initiative is the SUPERA program which is tailored especially for adults who due to unforeseen circumstances were unable continue their academic education when they were younger. To fill yet another education need in the communities that PEACE serves, we have established a program designed especially for individuals aged 15 years and older who are eager to earn their primary and/or secondary certificate(s). PEACE is pleased to be working with the Instituto Nacional para la Educación de los Adultos (INEA) on this important endeavor.
Besides working with students older than 15, INEA also assists children ages 10-14 in continuing their studies, ensuring they don't miss the chance to complete their primary education. The program equips them with the essential materials for their academic progression. The highlight of these educational ventures is their flexibility: student progress at their own pace, all necessary resources for the lessons are provided, and the lessons are entirely free. The only expectation for students is a dedication and commitment to attend classes with a genuine desire to learn.
The INEA Program is conducted at the PEACE facilities where more than 10 youths and adults have already benefited! When barriers are removed from education—age, bias, socioeconomics, etc.—everyone wins. Owing to this program, many students have set fresh personal milestones. Several have already earned their primary and secondary certificates and most are looking forward to pursuing further education—even aiming for university. We look forward to watching our INEA students’ progress and development!
We at PEACE are dedicated to discovering potential and improving the lives of our students, parents, and communities in which we live and work. We strive to offer the best for our students, working diligently every day to equip them with the necessary tools and motivation to achieve their aspirations.
